Abstract/Summary

Underpinned by a robust legal framework, independent judiciary, low tax rate and experienced banking personnel, Hong Kong’s private banking sector is strategically positioned to provide an extensive range of services to customers from Mainland China as well as the rest of the Asia-Pacific region. To solidify these well-established foundations, an integral and transparent compliant handling process is vital.
