With the evolution and perseverance of the concept of "liberal education", British universities have gradually formed a unique and mature teaching & learning model, and their relevant experiences are still worthy of study. Based on the teaching experience, visiting experience and related literature, under a basic understanding of undergraduate teaching & learning in Chinese and British universities, taking Henley Business School of University of Reading as a sample, this article reports the result to a detailed study of its teaching & learning system in four aspects: the teaching & learning philosophy and objectives, majors and curriculum, teaching design and methodology, studying assessments and assurance, which aims to provide enlightenment for the design of undergraduate teaching & learning systems in the Chinese business schools.
