Abstract/Summary

While public expenditure management has long been recognized as an area where corrupt practices mostly take place by those who are involved; the subject has not yet been given much attention as to how to implement transparency in order to remedy the situation. The purpose of this paper is to discuss how transparency can be enhanced in public expenditure management.
