Abstract/Summary

How do you transform personal tutoring from a reactive to proactive model? At the University of Reading, an institution-wide project undertaken since 2016 has successfully remedied many of the failings of our former deficit model of personal tutoring, to become a model of genuine partnership, engagement and development, which works across the institution and provides a more consistent student experience.
